Here’s the practical essentials checklist we put together from years of running the event and listening to what people actually forget (or are glad they brought).
Whether you’re in a classic VW, a modern Crafter, a Transit, a caravan or anything else you can sleep in, this list covers the basics so you can focus on the music, food, friends and family once you’re on site at the Royal Cheshire Showground.

- Weekend camping ticket for every person + vehicle pass for every vehicle (including trailers and caravans)
- QR codes downloaded to your phone or printed and ready to scan
- Van serviced (fluids, tyres, lights, AdBlue if applicable)
- Cash for traders + cards as backup
- Photo ID
