We offer FREE standard Mainland UK delivery on all orders.
Estimated delivery is 1-4 working days.
In the event of an order being returned to us, due to incorrect address information, or for any other reason.
We are not responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us. We are not responsible for the cost of re-sending items. If your item is returned for one of these reasons and you would like a refund, this refund will be less any costs incurred in the process of returning the product to us, and we will not process the refund until the product is physically back with us.
How We Deliver
Orders are generally delivered by Royal Mail.
Delivery Times
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay nevertheless all goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition, if you do not receive all your products please complete the form below so we can check and confirm they have been dispatched.
All damaged goods must be notified to us at Dubbed Out as soon as reasonably possible.
